News from Hai Van Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on May 18 said: Hai Van Ward Trade Union organized a conference to announce the decision to establish a grassroots trade union and launch the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of Hoa Hoa Bac Trading & Tourism Services Joint Stock Company.
This is a practical activity to continue developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions in enterprises, contributing to caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
At the conference, the Ward Trade Union announced the decision to admit 28 employees of the company to the Vietnam Trade Union organization; and at the same time announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hoa Hoa Bac Trading & Tourism Services Joint Stock Company and appointed the executive committee, appointing comrade Nguyen Hai Au to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the conference, Ms. Huynh Thi Anh Nguyet - Chairwoman of Hai Van Ward Trade Union congratulated the newly established grassroots trade union executive committee and the union members who have just been admitted to the trade union organization.
At the same time, he wished the executive committee to soon stabilize the organization, build operating regulations, promote the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, and effectively implement patriotic emulation movements as well as activities to care for the lives of union members and workers.
According to Ms. Huynh Thi Anh Nguyet, the establishment of grassroots trade unions at enterprises is an important milestone, affirming the role of trade union organizations in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
Thereby contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises; creating motivation for employees to feel secure in their work and be attached to the unit for a long time.
