In the context of many businesses facing difficulties in maintaining production and stabilizing labor, the Trade Union of Kim Sora Joint Stock Company - Hue Branch has implemented many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, contributing to creating a stable working environment, connecting workers with businesses.
The company operates in the field of manufacturing and processing garments and medical masks for export at Huong Hoa Industrial Cluster, Nam Dong commune, Hue city, currently has 206 union members and employees, mostly female workers.

In the period 2017 - 2026, the enterprise maintains stable jobs, gradually increasing income for employees. If in 2017, the average income reached 4.9 million VND/person/month, then by 2026 it will increase to 7.1 million VND/person/month, with an average growth rate of about 6 - 7%/year.
100% of workers are fully participating in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; there is no situation of insurance debt. Grassroots trade unions achieve a 100% union member gathering rate, becoming a fulcrum in caring for and protecting workers' rights.

Many practical ways to care for workers
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Suu said that one of the highlights that businesses focus on is building a civilized and stable working environment. In the past 10 years, the company has organized more than 20 legal propaganda sessions for employees with a participation rate of over 95%. The content focuses on the Labor Code, Trade Union Law, occupational safety and health and working skills in the industrial environment.
Thanks to that, the awareness of discipline and working style of workers has gradually been improved. Notably, for many years, businesses have not had strikes or labor disputes.
In parallel with caring for material life, the company also invests in building cultural and sports activities for workers. The factory system is scientifically arranged, ensuring lighting, ventilation, and reducing noise and temperature. Workers are fully equipped with labor protection, and appropriate rest and living areas are arranged.
Mid-hour football, volleyball, and gymnastics activities are maintained regularly. Each year, businesses organize 2-3 internal sports tournaments with over 60% of workers participating. Cultural and artistic activities also take place enthusiastically during Tet Nguyen Dan, March 8th, Workers' Month... attracting a large number of union members to participate. These playgrounds contribute to creating a cohesive atmosphere, helping workers reduce pressure after working hours.
In addition, the enterprise maintains periodic health checks for 100% of employees; supports workers in difficult circumstances with a budget of tens of millions of VND each year. During holidays and Tet, employees are additionally supported from 1 - 1.5 million VND/person/year.
According to Mr. Le Minh Nhan - Chairman of the City Labor Federation, for businesses to develop sustainably, in addition to maintaining efficient production, it is also necessary to pay attention to caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. When welfare is guaranteed and there is a stable working environment, workers will be assured to stick with and contribute for a long time, thereby contributing to improving productivity and promoting business development.
