Nghe An - Vinh City Trade Union surveyed the opinions of union members and workers related to Circular 29/2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training on extra teaching.

On February 22, Vinh City Labor Federation informed that it had sent a notice to its affiliated grassroots unions, requesting the Chairmen of the grassroots unions to collect union members' opinions on the content of Circular 28/2009/TT-BGDDT and Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT.

The recommendations and proposals will be compiled and reported to the Vinh City Labor Federation to promptly submit to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the People's Committee of Vinh City.

Circular 29/2024 of the Ministry of Education and Training has important adjustments related to tutoring activities, causing many conflicting opinions among the teaching staff. Vinh City Labor Union identifies an important role in grasping public opinion and listening to the aspirations of workers, thereby promptly proposing reasonable solutions, contributing to ensuring rights and stabilizing the situation in the education sector.

Consulting with union members and related parties not only helps authorities have a more comprehensive view of the impact of Circular 29/2024, but also clearly demonstrates the role of trade unions and advisory agencies in protecting the legitimate rights of workers, especially in the field of education.

Vinh City Labor Union is committed to continuing to accompany union members, honestly reflecting opinions from the grassroots, contributing to building a working environment in line with reality.

The Vinh City Labor Federation calls on grassroots unions to quickly deploy tasks, fully synthesize opinions of union members to ensure that the reporting is carried out on time, serving timely policy consultation and adjustment work.

Previously, the Mass Mobilization Committee and the Central Propaganda Department also conducted a public opinion survey on Circular 29/2024 to synthesize opinions and assess the impact of the circular on the teaching staff and teaching activities nationwide. The collected results will be reported to competent authorities to serve the direction, orientation of information and policy adjustment in accordance with reality.
