The inspection period is from 2.3 to 3.3 according to the working schedule of the District 7 Department of Education and Training.
During the inspection, principals of schools reported on self-inspection in accordance with the scope of inspection content of the inspection team. Prepare complete supporting documents for each inspection content and arrange scientifically to facilitate the inspection team's performance.
If necessary, the inspection team will work with each department of civil servants, public employees or related people to verify the checked content and be responsible for the accuracy and objectivity of the verified information and documents.
Previously, the People's Committee of District 12 also sent a document to the Department of Education and Training, public schools and the People's Committees of 11 wards in the area to implement Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating extra teaching and learning.
District 12 People's Committee assigned the District 12 Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of the wards to establish inspection teams for extra teaching and learning activities in the area in February 2025; handle according to their authority for organizations and individuals with arising violations (if any).
Organize the implementation to the board of directors of public schools, leaders of educational institutions in the district to strictly implement regulations on extra teaching and learning activities.
