Tsuchiya TSCO Hanoi Company (Thang Long Vinh Phuc Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen Commune, Phu Tho Province) currently has 200 officers and employees, 100% of whom are union members.
During the past term, the grassroots trade union has always closely followed the resolution of the higher-level trade union, linking trade union activities with the production and business tasks of enterprises; Closely coordinating with business leaders to perform well the function of representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
The grassroots trade union has proactively supervised the full implementation of the salary, insurance, and annual leave regimes. Organized visits to 123 union members with a total budget of over 65.7 million VND; effectively maintained welfare programs for holidays and Tet. The shift diet of 32,500 VND/meal is a bright spot in caring for the lives and health of workers.
Law propaganda, occupational safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting were deployed to 100% of union members; cultural - sports activities, sports festivals in 2024 and 2025 created a vibrant competitive and collective-knit atmosphere.
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Trade Union of Tsuchiya TSCO Hanoi Company will continue to innovate its activities, focusing on dialogue, negotiation, and improving the quality of Collective Labor Agreements with more beneficial contents for employees, contributing to building harmonious, stable labor relations and sustainable development.
