In the 2023 - 2025 period, trade unions at all levels in the province have concretized the resolutions of the Trade Union Congresses of the three old provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh; focused on innovating the direction and operation, closely following the targets, breakthroughs and key tasks in the Congress Resolution and achieved many important results.
The work of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers is focused on, contributing to ensuring regimes and policies for workers, promoting production and business development, building harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, maintaining security, order and social safety.
At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor Executive Committee implemented the personnel work process of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Inspection Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, term I, 2025 - 2030; participated in contributing opinions to the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Provincial Federation of Labor Congress; approved the results of the activities of the Provincial Federation of Labor Inspection Committee for the period 2023 - 2025, direction and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term.
According to the plan, the 1st Phu Tho Provincial Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, will be held on December 26, 2025 with the participation of 300 delegates representing 1,275 grassroots trade unions in the whole province.
