Workers' thoughts
According to the Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, in March 2025, 10 affiliated units organized labor conferences.
In general, the branch conference was held in accordance with the company's issued regulations.
At the units, 42 union members and workers expressed their opinions on 81 contents, focusing on employment, wages, protective equipment, policies and personnel.
Mr. Nguyen Trong Son, a worker in Team 1 (Farm 19.8, Cu Kuin District) recommended that the farm leaders soon repair the road to the degraded rubber lot. Thereby, helping to exploit and transport rubber latex more conveniently during the rainy season.
Workers also expressed their hope that the company would adjust the salary unit price appropriately to attract and retain workers in the face of competition from other businesses.
Ms. Bui Thi Ngoc Linh, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, said that most of the workers' recommendations had been responded to by the company's Board of Directors at the conference. The remaining proposals will be considered and implemented by leaders if appropriate.
Ms. Linh affirmed that the grassroots trade union will continue to monitor and grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers at affiliated units. The grassroots trade union also coordinates with competent authorities to promptly resolve arising problems.
Ensuring salaries and bonuses for workers
Mr. Nguyen Minh, General Director of Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company, affirmed that despite many difficulties, the company still prioritizes full payment of salaries, bonuses and insurance for employees. This is a key task in parallel with promoting production and business.
According to Mr. Minh, the current salary helps the majority of workers have a stable life, many workers are ethnic minorities and have escaped poverty.
Mr. Minh also committed that his salary and bonus next year will always be equal to or higher than the previous year. Thereby, creating conditions for workers to feel secure in sticking with and contributing at farms and affiliated branches.
In 2024, Dak Lak Rubber Joint Stock Company will produce a total of 7,800 tons of rubber (reaching 112.4% of the plan).
The company's total revenue is estimated at VND 628 billion (reaching 118% of the plan). Average income 7.56 million/person/month.
