For the 2020-2025 term, the Ben Tre Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee has made efforts to comprehensively lead and successfully complete political tasks in the context of being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and the socio-economic situation being volatile.
Mr. Nguyen Phuc Linh - Secretary of the Provincial Federation of Labor Party Committee said that the Party Committee has focused on building a clean and strong Party organization, unions and units.
Every year, the Party Committee and 2 subordinate Party cells, grassroots Trade Unions, and Party cells all complete their tasks well or better. Party member development work reached 75% of the target, with 3 new party members admitted.
In the training work, 100% of planning staff from deputy board members and above were sent to study advanced political theory according to the plan. 100% of Party members have completed their tasks well or better in 2020, 2022, 2023.
The Party Committee also completed 100% of the annual inspection and supervision plan; 95% of cadres, civil servants, and public employees participated in studying resolutions and policies of the Party and State. 100% of cadres and party members register to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with specific and practical content.
In addition, the Party Committee was commended by the Provincial Party Committee for its excellent completion of tasks for 2 consecutive years (20222023), recognized and rewarded by the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee for 7 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.
In particular, the Party Committee has effectively coordinated with the agency's leaders in implementing political tasks, focusing on the grassroots, caring for and protecting the practical rights of union members and workers.
Propaganda and education work has been innovated in both content and form, contributing to building a strong workforce of workers, civil servants and laborers.
