At the Conference, Mr. Tran Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Fatherland Front Party Committee, central mass organizations announced the Politburo's decision on mobilizing and appointing the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations for the term 2020-2025.
Accordingly, the Politburo decided: Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Acting Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee stopped joining the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and resigned from the position of Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lam Dong for the term 2020-2025; mobilize and appoint to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Do Van Chien, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front congratulated Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc by the Politburo, the Secretariat, appointed the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations for the 2020-2025 term; At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc and the Standing Committee of the Standing Committee fulfill the tasks assigned by the Politburo and Secretariat.
Chairman Do Van Chien shared and implemented Resolution No. 18 -NQ/TW, recently the Politburo, the Secretariat has directed a very basic step of the Party's leadership for the Front work and the operation of socio -political organizations and mass organizations. In that spirit, the Politburo directed the end of the activities of 13 Party Committees and established the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and the central organizations under the Politburo.
Currently, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and the central mass organizations have 22 Party and Party cells affiliated with nearly 5,000 party members. Along with that, the organizational structure was completed in order to strengthen the Party's leadership so that the Fatherland Front, socio -political organizations fully implement the mission of gathering and mobilizing the construction of the great unity bloc of the entire nation in the new period, in the era of the nation's achievement.
Emphasizing that the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations have a very important position, role and function, Chairman Do Van Chien believes that the Politburo, the Secretariat will mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc to be the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee will work together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to fulfill the tasks assigned by the Politburo, the Secretariat.
Also according to Chairman Do Van Chien, Resolution No. 60 -NQ/TW dated 12.4.2025 The 11th Conference of the XIII Party Central Committee agreed to the policy of arranging and streamlined the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, socio -political organizations, the mass associations assigned by the Party and the State at the central, provincial and commune levels as reported by the National Party Committee; The arrangement and streamlining of the organizational structure must ensure deep assurance of the facilities, areas, take care of the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of the people and union members and members of their organization.

Chairman Do Van Chien further informed that the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations have completed the project to propose amending and supplementing Articles 9, 10, and 84 of the 2013 Constitution so that the Draft Committee for amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution can collect public opinions starting from May 6, 2025.
Along with the amendment of the Constitution, the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Law will be amended, the Trade Union Law, the Youth Law, the Law on Execution of the Facility Democracy; At the same time, the development of the Project of organizing the activities of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, the central organizations in accordance with the functions, tasks and apparatus of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and legal documents and in accordance with the Directive No. 45-CT/TW of April 14, 2025 of the Politburo.
Based on the content of guidelines No. 31-HD/BTCTW on the establishment of the Party organization, arranging the organizational structure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Agency, the provincial and commune mass organizations, Chairman Do Van Chien wants the Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and the men on the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to closely follow and actively implement; At the same time, creating favorable conditions for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations in the province to consolidate, merge and reorganize the apparatus to truly promote the core role of building a great unity bloc of the entire nation, participate in building a strong Party and government, directly serving the people as directed by the General Secretary To Lam.
Emphasizing that the restructuring of the apparatus is a revolution for the whole country in general and for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in particular, with a large workload and urgent time, Chairman Do Van Chien hopes that the Party Committee will unite and reach consensus, together successfully complete assigned tasks, and build an increasingly strong organization.
