Industrial parks in Thuan An, Di An and Tan Uyen cities attract quite a large number of workers to interviewe. Notably, this year, many companies in industrial parks in Ben Cat city are recruiting a large number of workers. Early in the morning on weekdays, workers go to the company to submit documents.

Recorded in My Phuoc 1 Industrial Park (My Phuoc Ward, Ben Cat City), there are about 15 companies hanging recruitment signs. Tans Vietnam Co., Ltd. is recruiting dozens of skilled sewing workers. Next, Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. (specializing in the production of automobile electrical wires) is also recruiting hundreds of workers.

Quite a few workers come to the two companies to find jobs. Most of them are workers in the Central and Western provinces. Mr. Le Van Hiep (22 years old, from Ninh Thuan) said that he had just returned to his hometown in Binh Duong to find a job. "I was in the army and just discharged. After Tet, I went to Binh Duong because I heard that many companies were recruiting workers. I have just completed the application and submitted it to Yazaki EDS Vietnam Co., Ltd. I hope to find a company with a stable job and a good environment to develop myself" - Mr. Hiep shared.

Workers return to Binh Duong to find jobs

At My Phuoc 2 and My Phuoc 3 industrial parks (Thoi Hoa ward, Ben Cat city), about 40 enterprises presented labor recruitment boards. Many recruitment companies have the right for job seekers to refer to suitable job options. Mr. Tran Quang Phong (33 years old, from An Giang) looking for a job in sewing with an income of 10-12 million VND/month.

"At the beginning of the year, I also wanted to find a company with a stable job and overtime. In Binh Duong, there are many recruiting companies, so I can easily find a company that meets my requirements. I have submitted my application and interviewed to be accepted at MoToMotion Vietnam Co., Ltd." - Mr. Phong shared.

Among the workers looking for jobs, many have worked in Binh Duong. Mr. Tran Van Trong (37 years old, from An Giang) brought his wife and children back to Binh Duong to find a job. "In the countryside, we work in the fields, and our income is unstable enough to live on. I was introduced by some younger brothers that in Binh Duong, there are many companies that recruit workers with an income of over 10 million VND per month. Therefore, after Tet, I brought my wife and children here to find a job. After 3 days of traveling to many places, I decided to choose a furniture manufacturing company. The company promises an income of 12-15 million VND/month, I am very excited and hope the new year will be favorable" - Mr. Trong shared.

Similarly, Ms. Phan Thi Kieu Thu (43 years old, Kien Giang) in her hometown returned to Binh Duong. I used to work as a garment worker at a company in Thuan An City. After that, he quit his job and returned to his hometown for a while. In the new year, I returned to Binh Duong to find a job. There are many recruitment businesses here, especially sewing. I have submitted my application to a soap chair manufacturing company in My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park. Hopefully, it will be a stable job and income so that I can take care of my family" - Ms. Phan Thi Kieu Thu said.
