Implement many activities to care for people in difficult circumstances
On November 22, the DIC Group Trade Union (CDCS) held the 6th Congress of Trade Union Delegates for the 2025-2030 term with the slogan "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", with 110 official delegates representing more than 1,856 union members and workers attending.
Reporting at the Congress, the DIC Group Trade Union said that in recent times, construction enterprises have been affected by fluctuations in the capital market, increased material costs, and fierce competition, especially in the context of the participation of a number of international contractors. However, the enterprise has fully ensured the rights of union members and workers regarding salary and insurance.
Many activities to care for, represent, and protect legitimate and legal rights and interests have been implemented such as: 100% of units organizing shift meals; the "Tet gift - Love ending" fund of more than 1.9 billion VND to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, the poor... Labor safety and hygiene work, fire prevention and fighting have been guaranteed; improving working conditions and environment in enterprises... During the term, the unit has achieved many emulation flags and certificates of merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Vietnam Construction Trade Union.
Changes in direction and activities to do better, adapt to the new situation
In the new term, the direction of DIC Trade Union activities will continue to change more practically, in accordance with the scale, organization and operation of the enterprise, ensuring the harmony of interests of employees and employers. Setting 7 main targets by the end of the term, 4 annual targets for implementation.
At the same time, develop 9 main tasks and solutions to complete the set targets. In particular, focusing on performing the task of representing and protecting legitimate and legal rights; caring for union members and workers...
Innovating flexible and professional methods of operation, applying technology, enhancing two-way interaction between trade unions and workers. Innovation in propaganda and mobilization work; innovation in leadership, direction and implementation organization methods, adapting to the new situation...
With high consensus among the delegates attending, the DIC Group Trade Union successfully organized the 6th Congress, term 2025-2030. In particular, the Congress trusted and elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Nhung to continue to be re-elected as Chairwoman of the DIC Group Trade Union in the new term.
