With more than 13 years of attachment to the irrigation industry, Mr. Hung is always dedicated to his professional duties, actively participating in Trade Union activities. According to Mr. Hung, the most important foundation for his family to maintain a stable life, both materially and spiritually, is the understanding and sharing between members.
Family is always a support for me to overcome work pressure and have more motivation to participate in Trade Union activities. My wife always accompanies, encourages, gives advice and supports her husband in everything," Mr. Hung shared.

Also honored this time, the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tri - Deputy Head of Administration and Human Resources Department, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Mountech Co., Ltd. Binh Dinh Branch - is one of the typical examples of building a happy family and preserving a cultural lifestyle in modern life.
According to Ms. Tri, to harmonize work and family, she and her husband always proactively arrange reasonable time, try to complete work during working hours to spend time taking care of children and building a warm home.
Her family maintains dinner as a time to connect family members. During meals, everyone chats and shares stories about work, study and life; do not use phones or electronic devices to increase bonding and mutual understanding.
According to Ms. Tri, the Trade Union not only protects the legitimate rights and interests of workers but also contributes to improving the quality of life for union members through many practical care activities.
