On October 19, in order to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 and promote cultural and artistic movements among workers, the Trade Union of Tohoku Pioneer Vietnam Co., Ltd. (in Hai Phong Industrial Park - Japan, in An Duong district, Hai Phong city) organized the Miss Nam Pioneer 2024 Contest.
This is an annual event, not only to honor and celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day, but also to create a vibrant cultural and artistic playground, helping union members have the opportunity to relax and entertain after stressful working hours.
At the contest, 15 male workers and employees dressed up as women, showing off their charm and unique talents through the Ao Dai, evening gown and behavior competitions. The contest attracted more than 1,000 officers and employees of Tohoku Pioneer Vietnam Co., Ltd.
As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 Miss Nam prize worth 5 million VND, 1 First Runner-up prize worth 3 million VND, 1 Second Runner-up prize worth 2 million VND and 12 promising prizes, each worth 1 million VND.
The selected outstanding faces will represent the Company to participate in cultural and artistic exchanges with other unions, as well as attend competitions organized by higher-level unions.
The contest is a useful playground, contributing to enhancing the spirit of solidarity and promoting the creativity of the Company's union members.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Tohoku Pioneer Vietnam Co., Ltd. presented many meaningful gifts to female workers and employees to show recognition and honor for their efforts and dedication during their working time.
