On November 20, the Trade Union of Thien Hanh General Hospital (Dak Lak province) held the 11th expanded Executive Committee Conference for the 2023-2028 term to summarize the activities of the past term and propose directions and tasks for the 2025-2030 term.
During the past term, the grassroots trade union has cared for and supported 2,547 workers with a total budget of more than 4 billion VND; visited union members and workers who were sick, pregnant, or on vacation with an amount of nearly 400 million VND.
The trade union also coordinated with the hospital's leaders to promptly resolve recommendations related to the regime, policies and working conditions.
The "Good workers, Creative workers" movement has been widely implemented, thereby receiving 3 recognized scientific research topics and grassroots technical innovation initiatives.
Mr. Dang Minh Hoang - Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union - said that in the coming term, the trade union strives to achieve the classification of "completion of tasks well" or better each year, and 100% of trade union groups achieve the title from "completion of tasks well".
Mr. Hoang emphasized that the trade union will continue to focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers, thereby maintaining internal solidarity and contributing to improving the quality of health care for people.
