Mr. Nguyen Van Tung (character's name has been changed) said that according to Decree 76/2019/ND-CP, civil servants and employees working in this area are entitled to an allowance of 70% of the basic salary multiplied by the current salary coefficient.
In addition, Resolution 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 14, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units, the issue of regimes, salaries and position allowances have also been stipulated.
From these regulations, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung asked: Currently, he works at the District Procuracy and is entitled to a work allowance in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions (70% of salary).
After merging into the Procuracy of Region 3, located in an area not in a particularly difficult socio-economic area), will he continue to receive this 70% allowance after the merger?
