On the afternoon of June 11, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor held a meeting of the Executive Committee of the Federation of Labor to review trade union activities for the first 6 months of the year and deploy tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. At the same time, discuss opinions on the submission of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the termination of the activities of the District and City Federations of Labor, Industrial Park Trade Unions, Party Agencies Trade Unions and Provincial People's Committee Trade Unions.
At the conference, delegates discussed and voted to terminate the activities of 10 trade unions at the grassroots level (including Hoa Lu City Labor Federation, Tam Diep City Labor Federation, Nho Quan District Labor Federation, Gia Vien District Labor Federation, Yen Khanh District Labor Federation, Yen Mo District Labor Federation, Kim Son District Labor Federation, Industrial Park Trade Union, Provincial Party Trade Union and Provincial People's Committee Trade Union) from June 15.
At the same time, the delegates also agreed with the dissolution and termination of the activities of grassroots trade unions in the administrative sector receiving 100% of salaries from the budget from June 15. The grassroots trade unions that are not subject to end of operation are handed over to the Provincial Federation of Labor for management.
For cadres and civil servants working at the Labor Federations of districts and cities managed by the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, after finishing their activities, they can be sent to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the City Party Committee to arrange appropriate work in the newly established communes and wards according to Project 16-DA/TU, dated May 15, 2025 of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
In cases where there are wishes to retire early or quit their jobs when implementing the streamlining of the apparatus, they must report to the competent authority for consideration and resolution according to regulations. In cases where there are wishes to transfer to the Provincial Federation of Labor or to another industry, all favorable conditions will be created to fulfill their wishes.
For cadres and civil servants working at the Provincial Party Trade Union, the Provincial People's Committee Trade Union and the Industrial Park Trade Union, they will be transferred to the Provincial Federation of Labor for appropriate work arrangement.
