On the afternoon of June 21, Nghe An Education Trade Union held a conference to announce the end of the activities of the Education Trade Union and grassroots trade unions in administrative agencies and public service units under the block.
Specifically, Nghe An Education Trade Union has announced the Decision to end the operation of 75 grassroots trade unions, which are administrative and career units receiving 100% of the State budget; transfer 27 grassroots trade unions that are non-public units to the Provincial Labor Federation for direct management.
This activity aims to implement the policy of streamlining the apparatus and arranging the organization according to Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW of the 13th Central Executive Committee and the directives of the General Confederation on arranging the trade union organization appropriately in the new period.
At the conference, generations working in the trade union of Nghe An education sector looked back at the results achieved.
Throughout the past 75 years, from the first days of its establishment until now, the Nghe An Education Trade Union has affirmed its role as a solid representative organization for the rights of workers; a force accompanying educational innovation, building a humane, democratic, modern learning environment, contributing to the comprehensive development of the education career of the province, worthy of the land of "study, kindness, and talent".
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Director of Nghe An Province Department of Education and Training thanked and expressed gratitude to generations of union officials who have worked with the Department of Education to build a strong Nghe An Education sector, topping the country. At the same time, I hope that the team of union officials, regardless of their position, will continue to be enthusiastic and strive to complete all assigned tasks.
