Accordingly, Comrade Le An Hai - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union as head of the working delegation visited, wished Tet and presented gifts at many units and businesses in the industry.
At the units, the Chairman of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union and the working delegation exchanged views on the production and business situation, the work of ensuring salaries, Tet bonuses and welfare regimes for workers. The delegation also spent time meeting, chatting, and listening to shares and recommendations from workers on working conditions and living conditions.
At each unit, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union Le An Hai emphasized: "The Trade Union always identifies union members and workers as the center of all activities. Taking care of Tet is not only material support but also spiritual encouragement, is the feeling and responsibility of the Trade Union organization towards workers. The Vietnam Industry and Trade Union always hopes that each worker will have a joyful and warm Tet, adding motivation to enter the new year with the highest spirit and determination.
At the same time, Comrade Le An Hai also requested grassroots trade union levels to continue to proactively coordinate with professional departments to ensure stable employment, improve working conditions, and pay more attention to cases of difficult circumstances, workers far from home, and workers who have to work during Tet.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented many meaningful Tet gifts to union members, workers in difficult circumstances, typical workers and cases of Tet duty at factories and workshops. The gifts were handed to workers in a warm and meaningful atmosphere.
Leaders of units and workers are very happy and touched to be directly visited and encouraged by leaders of the Vietnam Trade and Industry Union. Tet gifts not only help units and workers alleviate difficulties but are also a great source of spiritual encouragement for brothers and sisters to feel secure in working and sticking with the business for a long time.
The activities of visiting, wishing Tet and giving gifts by the Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union have contributed to spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection throughout the industry; and at the same time affirmed the role and position of the Trade Union organization as a reliable support for union members and workers, especially in important occasions such as the traditional Tet of the nation.
