According to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in 2024, 39/39 state-owned enterprises will organize dialogues at the workplace, achieving 100% of the assigned target; 18/18 non-state enterprises will participate with employers in promulgating and implementing grassroots democracy regulations (the assigned target for the whole year is at least 16 non-state enterprises).
