Cao Bang - The Provincial Federation of Labor has just visited and supported union members and workers affected by storms and floods.

On October 2, a working delegation of the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor (CFF) led by Ms. Hoang Thi Lam - Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - visited, encouraged and presented gifts to support union members and workers affected by the recent storms.

The delegation directly visited 5 families of union members and workers, including union members of the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, who were severely affected. Each family was given a gift worth 2.5 million VND (including cash and gifts).

At Cao Bang Environment and Development Investment Company Limited and a number of other grassroots unions, the working group encouraged the spirit and presented 2 boxes of gifts including cakes, milk, and drinking water to union members and workers who are urgently performing the task of cleaning and improving the environment in the city.

The delegation also visited and encouraged the union members who were in an accident and were being treated at the Dong Khe Commune Medical Center, and shared and visited the relatives of workers who died due to storms and floods of Dong Dang - Tra Linh Expressway Joint Stock Company.

The total value of the gifts in this period is more than 20 million VND. The Provincial Federation of Labor said that it will continue to closely monitor the situation, promptly encourage and support union members and workers to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives after storms.
