Workers who work long hours should supplement protein to avoid muscle fatigue

Workers have to stand for long periods of time, often facing muscle fatigue and leg strain.

They can be sales staff, line workers, teachers or barberes. Because of the nature of working long hours, their diet needs to ensure enough protein to restore muscle, improve endurance and limit pain after work.

Choosing the right source of protein not only helps regenerate muscle tissue but also maintains a stable physical condition throughout the long term.

First of all, easily absorbed animal protein such as fish, eggs, chicken breast, lean pork and milk are ideal choices. Fish, especially marine fish, provides both high-quality protein and omega-3, which helps reduce muscle inflammation and support circulation.

Eggs are a complete source of protein, rich in essential amino acids, suitable for breakfast for those who work hard. Chicken breast and lean meat provide a large amount of protein but low in saturated fat, helping to avoid feeling heavy while still ensuring energy.

In addition, plant protein is also very important, especially for those who want to control their weight or limit blood fat. Foods such as tofu, soybeans, chia seeds, walnuts, oats and beans provide protein with fiber, which helps digestion and creates a feeling of fullness for a long time. Seed or soy milk that increases calcium is also beneficial for the skeletal system - an important factor for people who have to stand for a long time.

How to supplement protein for workers in the long-term disability profession

To effectively supplement protein, workers should divide the amount of protein into meals throughout the day instead of focusing on just one meal.

Breakfast can include eggs or milk. Lunch prioritizes fish or lean meat. Dinner with light protein from tofu or Greek yogurt. Combining protein with green vegetables and good starches such as sweet potatoes and brown rice will help maintain stable energy.

In addition to a diet rich in protein, long-term workers also need to drink enough water, supplement magnesium and potassium from bananas, spinach or nuts to reduce cramps.

Combining reasonable nutrition with a habit of light exercise and stretching after work will help improve endurance and effectively reduce fatigue.

Proper protein supplementation is the key to helping people who work long-term maintain muscle health and work performance.
