In addition to salary, Mr. Ngoc Anh is entitled to a mobile allowance, level 3, coefficient 0.6, equivalent to 1,404,000 VND/month. According to Mr. Ngoc Anh, this allowance is too "fecky" compared to the hardships and days he has been wandering, away from his family to many difficult and dangerous areas.
I really hope to increase the mobile allowance to a higher level, worthy of our efforts. I have 15 more years of work to retire, I just hope that from 2026 I can start receiving a new allowance, Mr. Ngoc Anh shared.
Mr. Be Manh Ngoc, 54 years old, is currently a commune cadre in Muong Lat district, Thanh Hoa province. Mr. Ngoc is currently receiving a regional allowance, coefficient 0.5, equivalent to VND 1,170,000/month.
"Previously when the children were young, my wife and I raised more pigs and chicken, had more copper to go in. For decades, the children were older, went to school, the older was married and went to Thanh Hoa city to live, my wife came down to take care of the children. Mr. Ngoc said.

+ Allowances for working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions;

+ Allowances specifically applied to the armed forces.
