Therefore, I had to pay them to repair the floor for 600,000 VND" - Ms. Nga said.
According to Ms. Nga, if the floor is not repaired, even placing the rice trays on the floor will be difficult because it is not flat. Not only the floor, but the windows in the bedroom were also cracked. Every time it rains heavily, water floods into the room, causing inconvenience in daily life.
According to the reporter's observation, in corridors or stairs, there are some broken bricks, damaged walls, loss of aesthetics of the house and potential safety risks.

Mr. Ha Doan Doanh (name changed) - a tenant on the 12th floor - said that he had to pay for some electricity bulbs in the hallway to have light for people to move and the children to play.
"People have repeatedly reported the situation of broken light bulbs in the hallway to the factory, but they have not been completely handled. There are electric lights that have been broken for a long time, even broken wires because when I tried a new one, I could not see the light, Mr. Doanh reflected.
Mr. Ha Doan Doanh's house has been rented by the factory for repair (toilets painted) since the end of 2023. The floor was broken and crooked, so he had to pay for the repair himself.
Another burning issue that the people here have repeatedly reported over the years is the frequent failure of elevators. CT1A building has 2 elevators, but currently only one elevator is in operation. Therefore, during rush hour, there is a situation of crowding and overload.
"There was a time when both elevators stopped working, people had to walk, and their lives were turned upside down. There are many workers who have to walk and carry heavy objects to the upper floors, said a resident.
What residents most hope for is that the house management unit will regularly and promptly repair and repair degraded items so that people have a safe place to live and work with peace of mind.
Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Pham Hoang Hai - Deputy Director of the Social Housing Management and Development Enterprise said that the housing fund has been in operation for a long time, so deterioration is normal. Currently, the factory has leaked toilets, repaired floors, painted the exterior of some houses... according to the approved budget for 2023.
