Awarding 1,000 gifts to union members in difficult circumstances
Nam Dinh Labor Federation (Labor Federation) has just planned to organize visits and gifts to members and employees on the occasion of April 30 and working month, month of action on occupational safety and hygiene (OSH) in 2025. In which, priority for union members and employees in difficult circumstances; labor accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses; Union members and employees have achievements in production labor, making many contributions to agencies, units and businesses.
According to Mr. Hoang Dinh Trung - Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial Federation of Labor, in order to best care for union members and workers on the occasion of April 30 and Workers' Month, the Provincial Federation of Labor has developed a detailed plan with many diverse and practical activities.
It is expected to support 1,000 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND in cash, from the provincial Federation of Labor. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor will directly visit a number of localities and units to visit and give gifts to union members and workers; at the same time, authorize the Trade Unions at the grassroots level to proactively distribute gifts to grassroots trade unions.
Many grassroots trade unions in Nam Dinh province plan to give cash gifts to workers on the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays. At Viet Power Company Limited (Hai Hau District, Nam Dinh Province), the company's Trade Union plans to give cash gifts to more than 6,000 union members and employees.
Sports activities to celebrate the big holiday
In addition to giving gifts to all union members and employees; Viet Power Company Limited's Trade Union will organize sports activities such as: tug of war competition, running, good worker skills, ... to serve the entertainment needs of workers during the holidays and Workers' Month 2025.
The Giao Thuy District Labor Federation (Nam Dinh Province) also has many activities to take care of union members and workers throughout the holidays. Most recently, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation organized an art flower arrangement and tug of war contest for workers in the enterprise sector.
The art of art and tug of war has the participation of 8 teams from the grassroots trade unions in the whole district, including: Pro Sports Trade Union of Giao Thuy Joint Stock Company, Kam Fung Vietnam International Co., Ltd., Giao Yen Professional Sports Garment Joint Stock Company, Nice Power Co., Ltd., Sunshine Shoe Co., Ltd., Heguan Shoe Material Co., Ltd.
Ms. Vu Thi Kim Khung - Chairman of the Labor Federation of Giao Thuy district - said that during the 30 -minute flower arrangement and up to 3 minutes of presentation, the works brought many emotional levels to the judges and fans because the content was associated with the special event to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Southern Liberation Day, the unification of the country (April 30, 1975 - 30.4.2025).
