Therefore, the Department of Construction asked the Thang Long Project Management Board (the investor of Bai Vot - Ham Nghi and Ham Nghi - Vung Ang highway project) to organize the inspection and review on the main route from Bai Vot into Vung Ang and the connection paths to the highway. If there is a phenomenon as reflected, then promptly overcome.
Arrange forces to be on duty to guide traffic participants to enter the highway in accordance with regulations, prevent people, vehicles that are not allowed and other violations on the highway.

Propagate and disseminate regulations on cases where participation is not allowed on the highway when participating in traffic and other necessary contents.
Road Management Area II monitors, urges, guides, and coordinates with the Thang Long Project Management Board to promptly overcome shortcomings and problems affecting traffic order and safety on the North-South Expressway section through Ha Tinh.

The People's Committees of districts, cities and towns propagate and mobilize people living in areas where the expressway passes through not to graze cattle ( buffaloes, cows, etc.) near the access road connecting to the expressway and near the protective fence area, absolutely do not let cattle enter the expressway.
People are strictly prohibited from arbitrarily opening protective fences, raising guardrails, and fencing nets, and not arbitrarily crossing protective fences to enter the expressway; do not throw rocks or obstacles onto the expressway, causing traffic insecurity.
People are strictly prohibited from walking, exercising and vehicles are not allowed to move on the highway according to regulations.
Handling individuals and organizations that intentionally violate and affect traffic safety during the operation of the project.

Previously, Lao Dong Newspaper reported the shortcomings on the expressway from Bai Vot to Vung Ang about the appearance of buffaloes on the expressway, incorrect road markings, and express and missing traffic signs, causing confusion for drivers; National Highway 8C intersecting with the road connecting to the expressway in Cam Quan commune (Cam Xuyen district) was unsafe, causing traffic accidents.
