The Binh Dong Ward Labor Union, Ho Chi Minh City has just held a Delegation Conference for the 2025 - 2030 term. There are currently 158 grassroots trade unions in Binh Dong ward with 6,643 union members.
Since its establishment (July 2025) until now, the Binh Dong Ward Trade Union has focused on supporting and guiding grassroots trade unions to coordinate with employers to effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations; negotiate, sign and supplement and amend collective labor agreements with many provisions beneficial to employees.
The ward union also set up an electronic mailbox to receive feedback and recommendations, promptly grasping the thoughts and feelings of union members, workers and laborers.
The conference discussed and set out 11 main targets, 2 key programs, 1 project for the 2025-2030 term. In which, there are goals such as: mobilizing and developing 500 more union members, establishing at least 10 grassroots unions in the ward, striving to carry out the repair of 2 "Union Shelters".

At the same time, implementing 2 programs including: "Building a strong Trade Union organization - Sustainable development" and "Accompanying - Protecting - Caring for union members and workers" to expand activities to care for union members' welfare, health care, and emergency support for workers in difficulty.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation also presented the "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" Medal to 2 outstanding individuals who have made many contributions to trade union activities.
