Article 33 of the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants 2025 (effective from July 1, 2025) stipulates the reward for cadres and civil servants as follows:
1. Cadres and civil servants with achievements in public service will be rewarded according to the provisions of the law on emulation and reward.
2. Cadres and civil servants who are rewarded for their outstanding achievements or meritorious services will receive a salary increase ahead of schedule, receive bonuses from the bonus fund of the agency, organization, or unit, and receive priority when considering appointment to a higher position if the agency, organization, or unit has a need according to the regulations of the competent authority and the Government.
