On November 13, the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that in recent times, emulation movements launched by the union have contributed to arousing the sense of responsibility, love for the profession and dedication to the work of union members and workers.
From 2023 to present, the whole province has recorded more than 4,000 initiatives and topics at all levels, focusing on improving technical and working conditions, with a total value of nearly 200 billion VND.
Trade unions at all levels in the province have also competed to complete nearly 80 projects and products to celebrate major holidays, Trade Union Congresses and Party Congresses at all levels.
To date, Khanh Hoa has had 11 topics and scientific works awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, along with 35 topics and works that won prizes at the Provincial Science and Technology Creative Competition.
In particular, with the program "1 million initiatives to strive to overcome difficulties, be creative, and determined to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic", Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has widely launched to each facility, attracting 10,706 initiatives, reaching 128% of the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Also according to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, the emulation movements have promoted the intelligence, talent, and creativity of union members and workers.
Thereby, contributing to improving working style, building a scientific and professional style in each enterprise and unit. Many good experiences and new initiatives have been formed and effectively applied in practice.
To achieve the above results, in recent years, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has focused on preliminary work, summarizing emulation, detecting and replicating advanced models, considering this a key task. The work of evaluating and rewarding has also undergone many innovations, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, overcoming achievements, prioritizing the reward of direct employees and grassroots union officials.
In addition to the annual conference to summarize trade union activities, Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor also regularly organizes conferences to commend and reward outstanding union members, workers, and union officials, in order to recognize and spread outstanding results from the grassroots emulation movement.
