On November 12 and 13, in Da Nang city, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized a training conference on building grassroots cultural life for leaders and staff advising on building cultural life and trade union propaganda.
The conference aims to equip knowledge and skills for the team of leaders and staff directly advising on propaganda work of the Trade Union organization, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union propaganda work, especially trade union communication in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
Attending the conference were Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Ms. Vu Thi Giang Huong - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
Together with leaders, Propaganda - Women's Union officers directly advise and implement and build cultural life of 63 provincial and municipal Labor Federations; 19 Central and equivalent industry unions; General Corporation Trade Unions under the General Confederation; Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of Industrial Park Trade Unions; leaders of labor cultural centers and houses nationwide.
The conference includes the following contents: Training and fostering for Heads of Propaganda Department including 4 topics.
Topic 1: New context and skills in implementing current propaganda activities. The reporter is Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
