At the launching ceremony of Workers' Month and the Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Trade Union of Vietnam presented 450 vouchers (each voucher worth 300,000 VND) to 450 union members participating in the launching ceremony; presented 20 gifts (each worth 1,500,000 VND) to union members in difficult circumstances; coordinated with Vietnam Post Corporation to launch "Workers' Market" on the e-commerce platform of Vietnam Post Corporation; organized product display booths at "Workers' Market"...
The Trade Union organized visits to encourage and authorize affiliated trade unions to visit and encourage 298 union members in difficult circumstances and suffering from serious illnesses with a total amount of 298 million VND. Continue to effectively implement the emulation movement to improve qualifications, professional knowledge and skills, encourage union members and workers to innovate, have many initiatives, improve techniques, apply modern technology to production, contribute to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, and improve business efficiency.
In particular, based on Plan 70/KH-CDTTTT of the Trade Union of Vietnam Trade Union, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Trade Union, Vietnam Post Corporation Trade Union issued documents launching the movement "Creative Labor Festival 2025", the movement "Vietnampass Innovation - Initiative 2025" to all levels of trade unions so that units can propose ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions to innovate the production process; save raw materials, fuel, time, labor force; new methods, good models in modern business administration; content and methods of trade union activities at the grassroots level.
