On December 13, Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV held a conference to summarize production and business activities in 2025 and a conference for workers in 2026, evaluate the results of a year of production and discuss solutions to better care for the lives and jobs of workers.
Attending and directing the conference were Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Chairman of the Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Trade Union, along with leaders of the Group, Company and many outstanding officers and employees.
Previously, by December 5, 30/30 of the construction site, workshop, and department of the Company had completed on schedule the organization of a conference to summarize production and business in 2025 and a Workers' Conference in 2026, ensuring democracy and promoting the ownership of workers.
In 2025, the emulation movement for production labor will be maintained effectively, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements will be rewarded, creating motivation for workers and laborers to enthusiastically compete and stick with the enterprise.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing contents directly related to the rights and obligations of workers such as: improving working conditions and environment; strengthening safety and health protection solutions; increasing wages, social benefits and treatment for workers.
The company also announced the production and business plan for 2026 with key tasks: strengthening labor discipline, promoting mechanization, applying science and technology in production, continuing to promote the tradition of "discipline and Unity" of miners.
On this occasion, 5 individuals of the company were awarded the Creative Labor Certificate of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 5 collectives completed their tasks excellently and 19 outstanding vehicle teams, equipment groups, and production teams were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Company's Director for outstanding contributions in 2025.
