On April 25, the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that the unit had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hong Duc Health Care Service Co., Ltd.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation; representatives of the Trade Union Affairs Committee; the Economic Zone Trade Union Committee, along with business leaders and a large number of officials and employees of the company.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation announced the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Hong Duc Health Care Service Co., Ltd.; appointed an interim Executive Committee including reputable and responsible comrades, representing the interests of union members and workers.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Ngo Dinh Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the collective of officials and employees of the company; and emphasized that the establishment of grassroots trade unions is an important milestone, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
The Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union to soon develop operating regulations, take good care of the material and spiritual life of employees, and accompany businesses in sustainable development.
Representatives of the company's leadership expressed their agreement and committed to creating favorable conditions for the trade union to operate effectively and promote its role as a bridge between employees and businesses.
