On July 26, amid the exciting competitive atmosphere to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025), the Mobilization Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam TNC Manufacturing Company Limited (VTC) held a Congress to establish the enterprise's grassroots trade union.
The ceremony took place solemnly and warmly at the company headquarters in the Clean Industrial Park, Xuan Truc commune, Hung Yen province. The collective of cadres and employees in the enterprise - a 100% foreign-invested enterprise specializing in the production of electronic components for cars, refrigerators, washing machines, and household appliances all expressed their joy and excitement when officially having an organization to represent, care for, and protect the rights of employees in the company.
At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the first grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 comrades. At the same time, the Congress also elected the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union, term I, 20252030.
The Trade Union of TNC Vietnam Production Company Limited is the first grassroots trade union organization directly established by the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation in the new context, after implementing the two-level local government model.
The event not only marked the maturity of the movement of workers, civil servants and laborers in the foreign-invested enterprise sector, but also clearly demonstrated the determination and efforts of the Hung Yen Provincial Federation of Labor in the key task: developing union members, building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, in line with production practices and economic integration.
