After handing over the decision to establish a grassroots trade union, the Standing Committee of Duc Linh District Labor Federation requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union to develop operating regulations, grasp the situation, thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers, promptly organize activities to care for union members and workers.
The Executive Board of the grassroots trade union promises to continue to mobilize the number of workers who have not joined the trade union organization to voluntarily participate, striving to achieve 90% or more of the company's workers who are union members.
