The grassroots trade union of Shinsung Vina Co., Ltd. coordinated with the company's leaders to organize a "Union Meal" program for all union members and workers. This is a practical activity in response to Workers' Month and Month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025.
At the program, after the company's leaders' speech of thanks and gratitude to workers, representatives of the City Labor Federation awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 workers with outstanding achievements in production. Along with that, the company's Trade Union awarded prizes for the "Solidarity Steps" contest with individual and collective prizes, with a total prize value of VND 22,100,000.
Within the framework of the program, nearly 1,200 union members and employees of the company were supported with meals worth 80,000 VND/meal (an increase of 50,000 VND compared to regular meals). The funding source is agreed upon by the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the company's trade union. Meals include white rice, dessert fruits and many nutritious dishes such as chicken, fried eggs, braised meat, milk, yogurt...
The dishes are processed to ensure food hygiene and safety, bringing delicious, quality meals to workers, contributing to improving physical and mental health so that they can work with peace of mind and work effectively.
The "Union Meal" program is one of the activities launched by the City Labor Federation during Workers' Month and has been positively responded to by the company's Trade Union. Organizing meals for workers not only shows practical concern for workers' lives but also contributes to tightening harmonious relationships in enterprises, building an increasingly strong trade union organization.
