On November 24, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Industrial Park, Tan Trieu Ward, Dong Nai Province) said that the Trade Union has coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to organize classes to improve the cultural qualifications of workers from grades 9 to 12 with 89 students, costing over 145 million VND/year.
In addition, the company also organizes classes such as: English, Korean, Informatics, Yoga for management staff. Deploying teaching skills classes for more than 193 internal lecturers from departments to teach in courses.
To improve the skills of management staff, the Trade Union has coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize 45-day and 6-day classes for all employees in terms of communication skills and technical skills at each stage in the production line.
Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited currently has a total of 40,881 employees. Of which, female workers are 31,069, accounting for 76%.
Despite many fluctuations in the domestic and world economic situation, the company has tried to stabilize the unit's production and business situation and ensure jobs for all employees in the company.
