For the good Hai sisters to enjoy a special art space
The special thing is that this Art Program is part of a ceremony to honor typical examples in the emulation movement "Good at public work, good at home work" in 2024. The names of singers Soobin Hoang Son, Lan Nha, Giang Hong Ngoc, Thuy Dung... always bring heat and appeal to the majority of today's audiences.
This is the reason why the Hanoi City Labor Federation chose them for the Special Art Program to honor outstanding female cadres and union members of the Capital Trade Union in 2025, scheduled to take place on the evening of March 5 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace.
In addition to the joy and pride of the 750 outstanding delegates, including 500 female union members of the Capital with 250 cadres, civil servants, and public employees; 250 female direct workers and 250 outstanding female union chairmen, there was also excitement and the hope of enjoying the art program.
According to the Hanoi City Labor Federation, the special art program to honor outstanding female cadres and union members of the Capital Trade Union in 2025 was elaborately staged, highly artistic with the participation of artists who are admired by many audiences, promising to bring female cadres and union members of the Capital a unique and impressive artistic space.
This is not only a meaningful activity to celebrate International Women's Day 8.3 but especially practically caring for the material and spiritual lives of female cadres and union members of the Capital Trade Union; showing gratitude, encouraging and motivating female cadres and union members who are excellent in work, labor, production and union activities - those with outstanding achievements, high skills, and labor productivity, making great contributions to agencies, units, enterprises and the city.
Through that, it creates motivation for female union officials and union members to continue to make better contributions and dedication in the coming time.
1,000 female union members and workers in difficult circumstances are supported
As part of a series of activities to care for female union members and workers, the Hanoi City Labor Federation also supported 1,000 female union members and workers in difficult circumstances. The support level is 2 million VND/person, the support money is transferred through the Trade Union at the level directly above the grassroots level.
The budget is from the union's financial resources managed by the Hanoi City Labor Federation. These are women in difficult circumstances, who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, natural disasters, fires, epidemics, victims affected by Agent Orange...
One of the female union members and workers receiving support on this occasion is Ms. Nguyen Thi Duong - Trade Union of Viet Nhat Plastic Production Company Limited (under the Thanh Oai District Labor Federation). She herself works at Viet Nhat Plastic Manufacturing Company Limited. If her health is good and she can work overtime, her income will be about 10 million VND/month, while if she does not work overtime, her income will only be about 8 million VND/month.
Her husband is a neurologist, her father-in-law has cancer, and she herself was also in a state of depression and had to take a long break from work for treatment. Every month, in addition to income, Ms. Duong is supported by the company with 800,000 VND due to difficult circumstances. Her income, the company's support money and the monthly allowance that her father-in-law receives, are often not enough to cover family life, treat illness and raise 2 children of school age.
Therefore, Ms. Duong was very moved when receiving support from the Hanoi Trade Union. Ms. Duong shared that this is not only a source of deep concern but also a great source of encouragement, especially when the leaders of the City Labor Federation directly visited and gave support...
It can be seen that the activities from supporting to caring for the spiritual life of union members and workers of the City Labor Federation have all been implemented from the needs of union members and workers, creating trust in the Trade Union organization. From there, each union member and employee clearly sees their responsibility to the Trade Union organization.
