At the same time, the emulation goals must be harmonious, associated with protecting rights and bringing practical benefits, improving the material and spiritual life of union members and workers. Emulation must bring value to both businesses and workers" - Mr. Pham Hoai Phuong emphasized.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, it is necessary to promote digital transformation, diversify communication products so that the emulation movement spreads vividly and promptly to each team, team and construction site, especially in remote and isolated areas.
