Practically celebrating the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2025) and implementing the Women's Union Project, on July 26, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor coordinated with the Provincial Center for Disease Control to organize communication, consultation, and examination for 200 female workers at Weilina Vietnam Shoes Company Limited (Yen Dinh Commune, Thanh Hoa Province).
Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Trade Union Work Committee - said that this is an activity to raise awareness for female workers in caring for and protecting reproductive health, preventing occupational diseases, building a prosperous, progressive and happy family.
At the program, female workers were informed by the medical team of the Provincial Center for Disease Control about reproductive health care; free examination of gynecological and ultrasound diseases; at the same time, shared and instructed on the prevention and prevention of common diseases in women such as cervical cancer and breast cancer.
The program also provides knowledge consultation related to health care during pregnancy, after giving birth and raising young children, contributing to improving the quality of life for female workers at the enterprise.
