Develop a specific plan for each department

Safety and hygiene teams have been strengthened, operate effectively, regularly inspect, detect, and remind about unsafe risks in production. The company maintains periodic health check-ups for 100% of employees, monitoring the working environment, maintaining machinery, electrical systems, fire prevention and fighting to prevent risks.

Along with that, the trade union focuses on propaganda to raise awareness among workers. flyers, billboards, and safety slogans are hung throughout the production area; "Excellent occupational safety and hygiene" contests and thematic seminars are held periodically, creating a vibrant and practical emulation movement.
Previously, many people were still subjective, but thanks to the union and the company's regular propaganda, we clearly understood the meaning of complying with safety procedures. Everyone strictly complies with regulations and uses full protection at work. Safety helps us feel more secure and work more effectively" - Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - a garment factory worker shared.
Maintaining order in enterprises
Also according to the records in Minh Quan Industrial Park and the Southern Industrial Park - where many enterprises are operating, the Trade Union Board of Industrial Parks of Lao Cai province regularly coordinates with each company to propagate and train occupational safety and hygiene, helping workers change their awareness and behavior in production.
Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Lan - Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union - said that about 70% of grassroots trade unions in industrial parks have established a safety and hygiene network, regularly inviting specialized lecturers to train workers.
"We instruct grassroots unions to include occupational safety and health content in collective labor agreements, so that this work is maintained regularly, becoming a rule in enterprises" - Ms. Lan said.
According to the leader of Yen Binh Cement Company, when workers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills, their awareness of complying with safety regulations is significantly improved. The initiative of workers, along with the sense of responsibility from businesses and trade unions, has created a safe and effective working environment, contributing to improving productivity and product quality.
With the spirit of "Safe for production - Production must be safe", the movement to ensure occupational safety and hygiene in Lao Cai highland enterprises is increasingly going into depth, becoming a foundation for sustainable development, while clearly demonstrating the role of the Trade Union organization in accompanying and protecting workers.
Mr. Phan A Minh - H'Mong ethnic group, working at the Mining and Mining Workshop, under the Sin Quyen Copper Mining Branch - said that he always strictly complies with regulations on labor safety during work.
"The company stipulates that if there is not enough labor protection when working overtime, they will not be allowed to work.
