Along with that, developing advanced, modern digital infrastructure, super large capacity, super wide bandwidth is among the leading provinces and cities in the country; gradually mastering a number of strategic technologies, digital technology such as: artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud computing, block chains, semiconductors, quantum technology, nano, 5G, 6G mobile information and a number of new technologies.
The specific goal set by the city by 2030 is that 100% of users are capable of accessing fiber optic cables at a speed of 1Gbps or more and are able to access and use security solutions when accessing the Internet. Each adult citizen has a smartphone, has an electronic money account (Email) as a citizen.
The rate of village cultural houses, residential areas, commune centers, wards, and special zones with wifi connection to high-speed Internet for free service reached 100%. Along with that, popularize security and safety services (surveillance cameras, fire warnings, care for the elderly and children) to households and main roads and streets in the area. 5G mobile broadband network covers 100% of the population. Telecommunications infrastructure ensures the capacity to be ready to test the 6G mobile network in the city.
The city will invest in and expand the city's Data Center to apply a cloud computing platform, supporting artificial intelligence applications to meet the requirements of storing shared databases of the city. At the same time, policies will be developed, conditions will be created, and support businesses to deploy investment in 2-3 new green data centers according to international standards to meet domestic requirements and be ready to develop regional data centers (Digital Hub)...
