The Organizing Committee of the Hung Yen Provincial Startup and Innovation Contest 2026 has just guided dossiers and forms of registration for individuals and organizations with startup ideas, products and projects.
According to the guidance, the exam application form includes a registration form according to the Organizing Committee's form; explanation of ideas, projects, startup projects according to the form; a copy of the Business Registration Certificate for participating businesses; and project-related documents if any such as products, models, drawings, images, videos, documents on technology, intellectual property, test results...
The application is presented in Vietnamese, typed, and printed in A4 format according to instructions. Contestants are encouraged to submit electronic documents, images, videos, sample products or prototypes to serve the evaluation process.
Contestants can submit applications in 2 forms. In the online form, contestants access the application receiving portal of the Contest, select "Register for the Contest", then select a suitable group including the Idea group - for ideas that do not yet have products and the Product group - for projects that already have products or solutions.
After filling in all project information and downloading the required documents, candidates check the information and documents before completing registration.
For direct or postal forms, dossiers are sent to the Department of Science and Technology of Hung Yen province (17 An Vu, Pho Hien ward, Hung Yen province).
The Organizing Committee reminds contestants to accurately check the phone number and email provided to ensure contact and exchange of information related to the application.
The Hung Yen Provincial Startup and Innovation Contest 2026 is organized to spread the spirit of startup and innovation; arouse ideas and the spirit of daring to think and dare to do in the community.
Through the contest, the province aims to discover, honor and support potential startup ideas and projects, contributing to the development of the startup and innovation ecosystem in the area.
