Immediately after the subscriber authentication regulation was implemented, Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep (Hanoi) tried to check the information on VNeID and the network operator's application. However, when implemented, the system continuously reported errors.
I tried to operate many times according to the instructions but still couldn't, sometimes the signal did not recognize, sometimes standing at the NFC authentication step. I don't know if it's because of the phone or the system," Mr. Hiep said.
Due to concerns that slow authentication could affect communication, he tried switching to the network operator's application but still encountered the same situation," Mr. Hiep said.
According to records, common errors users encounter include not being able to recognize faces, data not matching, or not finding the subscriber number on the system. In many cases, the cause may come from lighting conditions, equipment, or information that has not been standardized before.
According to carriers, when you cannot authenticate on the application, users should try again in good lighting conditions, keep the device stable and follow the instructions on the screen. If it is still unsuccessful, you can switch to other support channels.
Currently, users can contact network operators through many forms such as customer care switchboards, official applications or directly at transaction points. Each network operator arranges support staff to check information and guide authentication according to regulations.
In case subscriber information does not match national data, users need to update their owner's information before conducting biometric authentication. This is usually done at transaction points to ensure accuracy.
For cases of not being familiar with technology operations, users can bring their citizen ID card to the network operator's store for direct support. This is also a way to help limit errors and shorten processing time.
Network operators also remind users to only perform authentication on official channels such as network operator applications or VNeID, and not provide personal information through strange links to avoid the risk of fraud.
In the context of new regulations being implemented, proactively contacting the correct support channel when encountering problems will help users quickly complete authentication, ensuring that service use is not interrupted.
