Ingredients:
1 cup of green bean (moong Dal) soaked in water for about 3-4 hours
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon fennel
1 chopped green chili (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1/2 cup of water (adjusted to the thickness of the dough)
fried cooking oil

How to do:
Blend the flour: Blend the soaked green beans with water until smooth. Add salt, turmeric, fennel, ginger, green chili and coriander and stir well.
Blend the flour: If the flour is too thick, add the water slowly until the mixture is as smooth as pancakes.
Preheat a pan: Preheat a non-stick pan, add a little oil.
Make the cake: Squeeze a spoonful of flour, arranging it in a thin, round shape on a pan.

Ingredients:

How to do:
Step 1: Soak green beans
Wash the green beans, remove the damaged seeds.
Soak in warm water for about 8-12 hours (or overnight) to crack the peel.
Step 2: Support prices
Use a towel and basket: Apply a damp cloth to the basket, spread the beans evenly on top, cover with an additional layer of a damp cloth, to keep the place cool and away from light.
Use a box: Put the beans in the box, cover but not completely cover to let the air circulate.
Step 3: Price care
Water 2-3 times a day with clean water (swater gently so as not to damage the buds).
Keep the stewed plant moist, not dry or waterlogged.
Step 4: Harvest
After 3-4 days, when the price is about 5-7cm long, it can be harvested.

How to do:
Step 1: Cook green beans

If using a pressure cooker: Cook for about 2-3 hours. If using compensation: Cook for 25-30 minutes until soft.

Heat ghee (or oil) over a pan, add the fennel seeds and saute until fragrant.
Add garlic, ginger, green chili and onions, until the onions are soft and slightly yellow.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, fennel powder, garam masala and cook until the tomatoes are pureed.
Step 3: Combine and complete
Pour the tadka mixture into a cooked bean pot, stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
Sprinkle coriander over and turn off the heat.
