Government Inspectorate publicly announced 3 conclusions of the inspection of the responsibility of performing public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport and the People's Committee of Dong Nai province.
Mr. Hoang Hung - Director of the Department of Inspection, Complaints and Denunciations Settlement of the Economic Sector (Department I - Government Inspectorate) chaired the announcement ceremony.
Also attending were Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Quy Kien, Deputy Minister of Transport Nguyen Danh Huy, Director of Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai province Nguyen Huu Dinh; representatives of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling and members of the Inspection Team.
At the announcement ceremony, the representative of the Inspection Team presented the full text of Inspection Conclusions No. 361/KL-TTCP, No. 362/KL-TTCP, No. 363/KL-TTCP.
The inspection team pointed out shortcomings and limitations in the performance of public duties by officials, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at ministries, branches and localities.
Representatives of ministries, branches and Dong Nai province agreed with the content of the Inspection Conclusion and affirmed that they will seriously direct the units to strictly implement the Inspection Conclusion of the Government Inspectorate.
At the announcement of the inspection conclusion, Mr. Pham Minh Thanh, Head of Division 1, Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Transport, and Dong Nai province to develop a plan to implement the Inspection Conclusion, seriously implement the recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion to ensure the time as prescribed.
Speaking at the conclusion of the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion, Mr. Hoang Hung, Director of Department I, Government Inspectorate requested that, within the prescribed time (10 - 15 days), the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Transport and Dong Nai province immediately direct the implementation of the contents according to the recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion.
For contents that cannot be implemented immediately, units need to issue a Plan for early implementation, including assignment of the leading unit, coordinating unit, implementation progress... reporting the results to the Government Inspectorate in the first quarter of 2025.
