In just a few days, students across the country will enter the Opening Ceremony of the new school year. To help students go to school conveniently, thousands of officers and soldiers of the Border Guard stations under the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command participated in cleaning up and rearranging tables and chairs at schools in the area under their charge.
Lieutenant Colonel Luu Quang Muoi - Political Commissar of the An Thoi Port Border Guard Station said: Standing in the Phu Quoc special zone, the An Thoi Port Border Guard Station has mobilized funds from officers in the unit to buy notebooks and books to give to students before the new school year. The unit also sent 20 comrades to participate in collecting waste, sweeping schools, classrooms, rearranging tables and chairs... so that schools can prepare to open the new school year for the 2025-2026 school year. In addition, the Border Guard and Coast Guard units of An Giang province also sent officers and soldiers to help kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools in the area clean up and renovate schools to prepare for the new school year. At the same time, the working group was sent to review households with school-age children to encourage and support them with studying and books in the new school year at the right time.
