Facilities: There is 1 classroom on the first floor, ensuring lighting, tables and chairs, TVs, fans and essential conditions for teaching.
Fire prevention and fighting: Equipment for fire extinguishers, fire extinguishers and comply with regulations on fire prevention and fighting safety.
Teachers: Ensure professional qualifications, degrees, professional ethics and related documents according to regulations.

Teaching principles: Do not teach students by teachers at school; do not teach according to textbooks or the 2018 General Education Program; only organize teaching of content such as Cambridge, IOE certification exam preparation, basic acronyms, basic grammar.
Publicly announce information: Fully list the content of teaching, tuition fees, study schedules, teachers, timetables and related regulations.
Ms. Lan asked, with the above conditions, is my business household allowed to organize English teaching outside of school (including Cambridge, IOE, basic sounds, basic grammar and English communication) for preschool and primary school students?
The Ministry of Education and Training responds to this issue as follows:
The concept of extra teaching and learning has been clearly stipulated in Clause 1, Article 2 of Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, accordingly "Extra teaching and learning is an additional teaching activity outside the time limit prescribed in the educational plan for subjects and educational activities (hereinafter referred to as subjects) in the General Education Program, the Continuing Education Program at the junior high school level, the Continuing Education Program at the high school level issued by the Minister of Education and Training".
Therefore, the organization of English teaching outside of the General Education Program is not subject to regulation and is subject to Circular No. 29/2024/TT-BGDDT.
