The Department of Business Administration, Ministry of Planning and Investment (old) guides 9 specific steps to register for online extra classes at home in 2025.
Step 1: Access the link: http://hokinhdoanh.dkkd.gov.vn.
Step 2: Select a log-in account " account issued by the national public service".
Step 3: After successful registration, select "Register a business household" to register to establish a new business household.
Step 4: Select "Register to establish a new business household/business location" and click "Continuation".
Step 5: Confirm registration information.
Step 6: Select the type of business household registration.
Step 7: Enter information from the newly established registration file into the corresponding information blocks in the data blocks on the screen (corresponding to the content of the Business Registration Proposal and accompanying forms).

The 2025 Ho Chi Minh City University of Education's specialized competency assessment exam (H-SCA) includes 6 subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Literature and English. Candidates can choose one or more subjects to apply to Ho Chi Minh City University of Education and partner schools. In 2025, the school plans to expand the admission method to new majors such as History - Geography Pedagogy, Tourism, International Studies, etc.
The exam is expected to be held in 3 phases with more than 30,000 candidates participating, 3 times higher than in 2024. The exam locations include 8 institutions in the South, Central and Central Highlands, such as Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, Can Tho University, Central Highlands University, University of Education - Hue University... The exam results will be used to consider partial admission to many universities across the country.
The 2025 exam will be improved, closely following the 2018 general education program, with 70-80% of grade 12 knowledge, the rest from grades 10 and 11.
