Announcing the results of the high school graduation exam to the local authorities at both levels
At the recent National Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that the high school graduation exam has three key meanings: considering graduation, as a basis for university admission and assessing the quality of general education. The Prime Minister emphasized the need to prepare the exam methodically and scientifically, closely following reality and putting candidates at the center.

The exam takes place right at the time when the whole country rearranges administrative units, with the exam organized according to the 3-level system (province, district, commune) but the exam score is only 2 levels (province, commune). Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also directed the Ministry of Education and Training to develop a pilot high school graduation exam on computers from 2027, aiming to widely deploy it as soon as possible.
The Prime Minister requested to ensure absolute safety in star printing, transporting exam papers and strengthening prevention and control of high-tech fraud. At the same time, the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities are fully responsible for the local exams. See more...
