The Ministry of Education and Training focuses on cutting 50% of administrative procedures
The remarkable new points in the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Education Law include: Leaving the junior high school diploma, establishing vocational education is a high school level and college, and leaving the school council at preschool and public education institutions. The confirmation of the completion of the junior high school program and the high school diploma is assigned to the Principal, instead of the prevention and the Department of Education and Training as before.

The draft is also clearly decentralized in compiling local education documents: Assigning the Director of the Department of Education and Training to organize the compilation, the provincial appraisal evaluation council and the provincial People's Committee for approval. This is aimed at increasing the initiative for the locality, reducing administrative procedures, and in accordance with the policy of decentralization and decentralization of the State.
In addition, the Draft Law focuses on simplifying administrative procedures, cutting more than 50% of the current process to facilitate learners, educational institutions and investors. Many subjects are prioritized in teacher recruitment
The draft Law on Teachers being discussed by the National Assembly has supplemented and clarified regulations on subjects eligible for priority recruitment as teachers. In addition to people with teaching experience, this draft prioritizes a group of people with practical experience in production, business, and services suitable for the profession, especially for vocational education.
Article 27 of the draft stipulates many policies to attract and promote teachers, applicable to people with high qualifications, talents, special abilities, high vocational skills, or teaching in disadvantaged areas. Many centers and facilities in Binh Thuan violate extra teaching and learning when inspected
From the end of March to mid-April 2025, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Thuan province conducted surprise inspections at 12 educational institutions outside of schools in Tanh Linh, Duc Linh districts and Phan Thiet city. Many violations were discovered such as not having an operating license, not posting information according to regulations, teachers teaching not on time or not being on the approved list.
Before the violations, the Department of Education and Training has suspended 3 months for the Life Skills Center B.M, revoked the License of the Center N. At the same time, it is required that the managing units will handle violating teachers according to their competence.

The inspection is made in the context of a new decision on tutoring and tutoring in Binh Thuan province, which is officially signed by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee from April 28, 2025, clearly defining the responsibilities of departments, agencies and localities in the management of tutoring and tutoring activities, with the goal of enhancing transparency and improving the quality of non -public education.
